Cancelation Policy

Cancelations/reschedules (less than 48 hours) are charged 50% of any scheduled services.

Less than 12 hour Cancellations/Reschedules/No show appointments are charged 100% of any scheduled services.

These policies apply to your appointment as a whole, or portions of your appointment as well. So please cancel any appointment, or the portion you’re wanting to cancel in advanced to avoid cancellation fees.

Notify me at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancelation fees.

When booking an appointment you cannot book without agreeing to my cancellation policy. So please read my cancellation policy on my booking site thoroughly.

Please have your forms filled out prior to your appointment.

17 and younger must be accompanied by an adult for Minor signing on waiver, first visit only.
